Why do you come to YA for advice on Relationships with family etc.?
I find it weird that people would come to yahoo seeking the advice from people they don’t know. Wouldn’t it be better to see a therapist or something?
the answer to your question should be obvious. People that you do not know are more likely to give you an unbiased opinion on your situation. Yes, Family will at times too but you can ask about certain topics on online and be comfortable; where as therapist, family, friends, etc. is more personal and could lead to embarrassment or neglect.
